Binabantayan kami na akala mo ay mga kriminal at natatakot ang aming mga buyer dahil para silang mga siga kung magsalita sa amin.Tama ba yun? kami ang kanilang moral superior dahil sa aming mga renta nanggagaling ang kanilang mga sahod. Marami sa aming mga isda ang nawawala pero wala silang ginagawa. At imbes na bantayan ay kanila itong hinihila at dinadala sa security office kaya hindi na namin nabebenta at sila ang nakikinabang sa mga isda. para silang mga pulis sa farmers market. pag walang lagay kaaway. at kinukuha nila ang aming mga pera sa paraan ng pagkukumpiska sa mga banyebanyerang isda na kanilang hinihila sa tuwing kami ay nagtitinda.&#60;br /&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;DUPED LEGACY CLIENTS,&#60;br /&#62;
We bought in Dubai 4 educational plans to secure our 2 son's high school and  college tuition from Consolidated Educational Plan, one of the three pre-need firms under the now bankrupt Legacy Group. We have paid in full the 4 plan’s  total amortization (with maturity value of Pesos 1.2 million) and we are supposed to start enjoying the fruits of our hard work when 3 plans matured in  2008 and 2009.&#60;br /&#62;
The last update we had was way back in March 2009 when ex-Senator Roxas was conducting hearings on the Legacy Group mess.   We heard nothing about this case till date.&#60;br /&#62;
We were working abroad,  enduring the melancholy of being away from families and the pain of being maltreated by employers, hoping that somehow, someday we will be in a better position to give  our  children better  education and better future and help our country to alleviate our economy….  Sadly, we are now victims of soulless people, stealing our moneys and leaving lavishly at our expense, leaving our dreams in vain.&#60;br /&#62;
We are appealing to the President and his good governance to review this case and expedite the process of settling the plan holder’s investments and punish delos reyes and his accomplices.  We have high hopes in our government and we believe that with PINOY and his sincere leadership… YOU WILL NOT LET US DOWN!!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I did not read the &#60;strong&#62;Pre-Need Code&#60;/strong&#62;, until after I had put funds into a &#60;strong&#62;Pre-Need Pension Plan&#60;/strong&#62; with&#60;strong&#62; Legacy Consolidated Plans Inc.&#60;/strong&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We were never given an SEC approved brochure, nor shown details of the Trustee Bank and the name of the Trustee appointed.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;51% of the Pension Plan Contract Value, was supposed to get paid into the Trust Fund, according to the Pre-Need Code.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The Trust Fund has strict Investment Rules, that are supposed to control the % of funds into given investment areas.  In a nut-shell, these Pre-Need Trust Fund Investment Rules, meant it would be 'impossible' for 51% of Pension Plan contract Value to grow to 2 x Pension Plan Contract Value (149% increase), in just the 3 Years to Maturity of the Pension Plan we bought into.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I asked a Regional Vice President of LCPI, how this was achievable?  The reply that I received was &#34;Don't worry about it as you 'Sold' your Pension Plan, to 'Leagacy Card Inc., so it is their problem&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The Senate inquiry into the Pre-Need Industry at the beginning of 2009 however, revealed that not only should LCPI, not have been issued with a 'Permit to Sell' such Pre-Need Pension Plans, but this 'Buy Back' scheme of selling one Pension Plan to Legacy Card Inc. was in breach of the Securities Act as they never applied for and obtained an SEC Secondary Licence.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Since it appears we are wasting time and money trying to put Celso G. de los Angeles Jr et Al behind bars for Syndicated Estafa, I am thinking and wondering if we can't sue the SEC for failing to do their Supervision and Control of Legacy Consolidated Plans Inc.?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The SEC website had an Anti-Scam Check List Flow Chart.  I followed that for LCPI and they seemed to check out, and this included being listed as current authorized Company by the SEC to offer Pre-Need Pension Plans.  Must admit their name was missing from January 2008 list, but was back a few months later.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Had LCPI's name stayed OFF that list, I would certainly not have put more funds into LCPI Pension Plans, and would not have lost so much money, when checks started bouncing come October 2008.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Senator, victims of pre-need companies will support you this coming election because you're the only government official who has shown concern to us.  These companies have been doing everything to delay or not to give our money for several years already, even there are court decisions already.  They are using their being under rehabilitation as an excuse especially CAP.  Even SEC seems powerless against them.  Pre-need companies under rehabilitation should not be left alone with their money.  SEC should take-over these companies like what PDIC do to distressed banks.  Obviously, they can't be trusted.&#60;br /&#62;
     If you and Noynoy win, and we know you will, please prioritize helping us because doing so will be a step in creating better educated citizens and making us victims trust the government again.  Please don't forget us!

<description>&#60;p&#62;May risk naman talaga involved pag maglalabas ka ng pera para sa kahit anong pre-need plan - be it educational plans, life insurance, or other &#34;investment&#34; of like manner. I'm not a lawyer but I'm good friends (at least I like to think so) with enough of them (and their geek legalese) to have heard them called aleatory contracts; meaning, it entails risk precisely because compliance therewith is contingent on the happening of an event. Fuck! (can I say that here? hehehehe) I'm even beginning to sound like a lawyer! Anyhoot, as I was saying, there's risk involved, so before you &#34;invest&#34;, make sure that what you're investing is money you can stand to lose, and do your research and get to know the company and the people running it. A disclaimer though. All this is armchair advice, seeing as I've never had the extra money to invest in anything hehehe

At sa maliit na sample na yan, dahil ba talaga sa pagtulong ni Mar sa kanila, iboboto nila si Mar? Siguro kung maibalik ni Mar ang naibalik nilang pera, boboto sila kay Mar. Pero kung ganitong sinusundan lang din ni Mar ang mala-kuhol na paggapang ng justice system natin, these people that he's helping will not feel any sense of gratitude nor admiration for him. Talk about thankless.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Moreoever, from an ideological perspective, this pre-need victims is a minority group. It's not a national issue that should be taking up a senator nor a VP's time. Siguro naman may partylist yan. Or baka dapat meron. And there's a government agency that should be handling this. Mar shouldn't be doing their jobs for them. He already has a lot on his plate.
