i wanna know lang po ano n ba talga status nming naghihintay about sa legacy??? ...parang wlal n po kming inaasahang maibblik samin ..puro pangako lng nrirning nmin sa kumuha smen ..but wla p ring assurance hanggng kelan maghihintay??...and im one of the depositor sa rural bank almost mag 1 yr n po kming naghihintay wla p rin po ..ni hindi man lng po nila naisip n ung perang nilagay nmin dun eh ilang taon din nmin pinaghirapan.. and they promised within max of 6 month maibblik n ung pera bkit ngayon wla p rin sana mbigyan agad kmi ng aksyong kc po nhihirapan n rin kmi ......ang dami po nming naghihintay ...

DUPED LEGACY CLIENTS,
We bought in Dubai 4 educational plans to secure our 2 son's high school and college tuition from Consolidated Educational Plan, one of the three pre-need firms under the now bankrupt Legacy Group. We have paid in full the 4 plan’s total amortization (with maturity value of Pesos 1.2 million) and we are supposed to start enjoying the fruits of our hard work when 3 plans matured in 2008 and 2009.
The last update we had was way back in March 2009 when ex-Senator Roxas was conducting hearings on the Legacy Group mess. We heard nothing about this case till date.
We were working abroad, enduring the melancholy of being away from families and the pain of being maltreated by employers, hoping that somehow, someday we will be in a better position to give our children better education and better future and help our country to alleviate our economy…. Sadly, we are now victims of soulless people, stealing our moneys and leaving lavishly at our expense, leaving our dreams in vain.
We are appealing to the President and his good governance to review this case and expedite the process of settling the plan holder’s investments and punish delos reyes and his accomplices. We have high hopes in our government and we believe that with PINOY and his sincere leadership… YOU WILL NOT LET US DOWN!!!
