Mar the Story Teller

Hi, Philippines:

The Ground Hog must not have shown its shadow, so there is a streak of snowstorm, one snowmaggedon after another snowpocalypse, weekend after work week, in the political capitals of this country.

I have read your biography, Mar, and it is the best written I have ever seen.

Story telling is the latest trend in change management and transformational leadership in Harvard Business School, Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania. I hope you will continue to use your authentic stories of change and leadership during the campaign and connect with the people.

Good luck, Josephine

    Hi, Philippines
I hope the story telling, the latest trend in change management and transformational leadership, will process from monologue to dialogue to a real conversation among people. There are eight narrative patterns to story telling, according to Stephen Denning in his classic book “The Leader's Guide to Story Telling”.
These are: to ignite action and implement new ideas, to build trust and communicate who you are,
to build trust in your organization and brand, to transmit social values, to get others working together, to share knowledge, to tame the grapevine and neutralize gossip and rumor, to share your vision. into the future.
These are present and well focused in the new Noynoy and Mar campaign speeches and adverts.
    Congratulations.

Indeed, sir, you are a Story Teller. While students of PUP protested against the 1700% tuition hike in their school, you remained mum. We heard nothing from you when 5 PUP students were arrested, harassed and persecuted. Now that the students emerged triumphant in preventing the said policy from being implemented, you suddenly come up with a press release claiming their victory as your own. We would have appreciated it more if you simply kept silent.
